Choose the most relevant category and provide sufficient information. Essays, videos, registration, and programme applications should be submitted through the official portals published on each programme page, never by ordinary email.

URGENT OR SUBMISSION PROBLEMS

If email goes unanswered around a deadline, or a submission portal fails, you can reach the support line by text message.

Text messages only — no calls and no voicemail. Give your name, your school and the programme concerned; replies usually come within business days. Do not send essays, identity documents or applications by text.

Every address above opens a pre-addressed email with the subject already filled in. Use only the one closest to your question, and give your name, your school and any relevant links in the body; essays, videos and programme applications must still go through the official portal on each programme page. Replies are counted in business days, and deadlines or peak application periods may take longer. Repeated messages about the same issue may delay handling.
